The Olde Mercantile pieces come with a Certificate of Authenticity
This unique piece of custom furniture was hand crafted using vintage reclaimed oak. Our craftsmen have taken great care to preserve the quality and character of this magnificent wood. All of the antiquing and patina you see including saw marks, occasional insect trails, nail holes and mineral stains were created naturally by almost 100 years of exposure to the elements and use by our forefathers.
We pride ourselves on leaving just the right amount of original distressing on each plank to ensure your table has the perfect balance of antiquing and functionality.
This table was crafted from oak beams that were recovered from barns built in north central Ohio between 100 & 200 years ago. It is number _______ of 600 tables that will be built using this spectacular wood.
